This advanced indoor movement sensor can be used with any alarm control panel and incorporates 3 detection technologies designed to prevent false alarms. It is particularly suited for use in harsh environments where using a standard PIR may result in false alarms caused by rapid changes in heat, light levels or from other environmental factors. This Triple Technology detector requires both the PIR and Microwave sensors to both simultaneously detect an intruder (using software signal analysis) before activating the alarm output. Detection range is approx. 12 metres.
